Job Summary

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the Information Management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 900 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore. 

 

Tetra Pak is embarking on a transformation journey, Next Chapter System Platform (NCSP), that will not only upgrade the ERP system SAP ECC to SAP S/4 but will establish a standardized and harmonized platform that will enable the enterprise to be future proof and ready for the latest technology advancements and business innovations. 

The Data Management delivery area provides services related to Data Governance, Data Quality, Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics. The delivery area supports all parts of the business and is a divers team spread across the GIM sites. 

Data Governance Service Delivery Team (SDT)
The Data Governance Service Delivery Team consist of 3 areas: 
•    Data Modelling
•    Data Governance and Catalog
•    Data Quality and Migration
The team is driving change to ensure that all data is defined, governed and of the right quality to be able to safely increase the value of data. Your homebase will be with the Data Governance Service Delivery Team together with Service Lead, Service architect, SME, and Developers. Your initial main assignment will be within NCSP programs

 

We are based in Chakan,Pune

Transport Services Provided, Work Mode : Hybrid : 2 days Work from Home and 3 days Work from Office.

Work from Office timings: IST 07:30 am to IST 04:30 pm 

What you will do

•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data quality/migration requirements and objectives.
•    Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process.
•    Develop scripts, code, and workflows to extract, transform, and load data from source systems to target systems
•    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration, including data mapping discrepancies, transformation errors, and performance bottlenecks.
•    Develop and maintain documentation of data migration processes, including technical specifications, data mappings, and workflow diagrams.
•    Work closely with stakeholders to coordinate testing, validation, and sign-off of migrated data/data quality rules.

We believe you have

Must have mini 5+ years of expereince :

  • Experience with Informatica Powercenter/IDMC and/or SAP Data Services.

  • Experience with data migration best practices and methodologies.

  • Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.

  • Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of database concepts

  • ETL Knowledge.

  • Good Communication (Verbal and Written) in English.  

  • Expereinced in Business Interactions.

  • Result-oriented work ethic to always deliver on-time, on-scope and on-budget and compliance to process.

  • A good team player.
