Job Summary

  • Be responsible for Process line in terms of efficient and effective running of the process.
  • To perform the analysis of the losses in the Process and propose actions derived from analysis to improve equipment efficiency

What you will do

  • Be responsible for the equipment efficiency or process/ production line.
  • Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
  • Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line
  • Working site management and be responsible for safety 
  • WCM Activities in the Factory, support pillar progress and participate WCM pillar activity.

We believe you have

  • At least 4-5 years' experience at production area.
  • Strong background in WCM analysis and tools.
  • Analytical and expert in Process Parameters measurement and improvement techniques.
  • Preferred experience in Quality/ Other Production process/ Maintenance or WCM.
  • Good English and Turkish
