Job Summary

Tetra Pak Turkey has an opening for a Logistics Coordinator to Support outbound and inbound transport operations within SC function in factories.

 

What you will do

  • Execute transport planning and booking, securing customer deliveries and production supply (incl. exception mgmt)
  • Collaborate with Logistics service providers/Carriers to secure customer satisfaction and internal efficiency at optimized cost.
  • Collaborate with Factories, CSD and Planning teams to secure customer deliveries and production supply (incl. exception mgmt)
  • Cost and Service operational KPI deployment and follow-up
  • Lead/Participate WCM/ project teams and improvement activities
  • Drive Carrier management; service level (incl Visibility) and cost compliance

We believe you have

  • B.Eng. (Electrical/Electronics/Computer) BSc (Maths, Economics), MBA (Supply Chain/Finance)
  • 0 to 2 years’ experience in Import and Export, , Warehousing, Logistics or Shipping
  • Good understanding of operation within the Sea & road and air freight environment.
  • Knowledge on operation within Warehouse environment.
  • SAP experience or any other reporting or accounting system.
  • Pre, main and on carriage experience.
  • Good stakeholder management experience
  • High level of accuracy 
  • Being self-driven with analytics skills
  • Have ability work with cross-functionally.
  • Good level of English and Turkish
