Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is responsible for supporting the customer service operations by managing order processing, ensuring data accuracy, and handling documentation. This role is essential in maintaining the backend operations that support the company’s service standards and customer satisfaction.

You will be based in Izmir, Turkey.

What you will do

  • Manage and ensure the accuracy of order processing, including timely closure and coordination with other departments for any changes or issues.
  • Maintain integrity of master data related to customer accounts and orders, including accurate recording and management of master data .
  • Generate necessary documentation according to pre-defined processes.
  • Create delivery orders and coordinate with Planning & Logistics to address any changes or issues in deliveries.
  • Address and escalate specific administrative or transactional issues as needed.
  • Seek improvements in system and process productivity to enhance operational efficiency.

We believe you have

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and backend operations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in data management and analysis.
  • Good knowledge of Turkish and English (both written and spoken).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in using ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive in identifying process improvements and implementing effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with Russian and/or Farsi language
