Job Summary

Maintenance Engineer (M/F) - Permanent Contract

Join Tetra Pak Closures France SAS in Châteaubriant (Loire-Atlantique, 44) as a Maintenance Engineer to support our technical team in plastic cap assembly. Your role will be to ensure quality production while coordinating installation projects and promoting continuous improvement.

What you will do

- Project Management: Coordinate the installation of new equipment and ensure their integration on-site. Follow action plans to meet target performances.

- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the WCM approach, lead improvement groups, and analyze losses to propose solutions.

- Maintenance: Plan and supervise preventive maintenance for equipment related to energy (electricity, compressors, etc.). Ensure the availability of spare parts with the team.

- Safety: Define lockout procedures, participate in safety audits, and ensure safety during external interventions.

 

We believe you have

- Degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (minimum of 3 years post-secondary education).

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency in French and conversational English.

- Skills in Microsoft Office.

- Experience in the food industry is a plus.

- Ability to work autonomously and on multiple activities in parallel.
