Job Summary

We are looking to hire a new Warehouse Team-leader to supervise a team of warehouse workers. 

The leader is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of warehouse operations function smoothly. This job is based in Budaörs, Hungary. 

 

Scope of activities

  • Driver workplace and material handling safety, maintain 5S in warehouse and related areas
  • Execute Dock and Yard management from truck arrival to truck departure including secure loading
  • Evaluate the use of technologies to improve Intralogistics safety and productivity
  • Drive logistics quality
  • Manage the end-to-end material flow in the factory
  • Actively manage the factory warehouse team (eg. Performance management, individual development)
  • Collaborate with CSR, SCCT and Planning hubs to secure customer deliveries and production supply
  • Maintain Intralogistics Local Process documentation
  • Support and preparation reporting of operational KPIs
  • Lead WCM teams and improvement activities within Logistics
  • Coordinate/control stock inventory management (including cycle stock take)
  • Secure compliance to Regulations and procedures regarding Certifications (as BRC, FDA, SGI, FSC, OEA, ISO as internal storage and loading instructions)
  • Manage and collaborate with other stakeholders (eg. Logistics service providers, customs providers etc.)

We believe you have

Professional requirements:

  • University or college degree, specialization in logistics is an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team leader position, with direct reports;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics
  • Computer literacy and ERP skills, preferably in SAP
  • Communication level of English

  • Strong communication and influencing skills to collaborate towards a common goal
  • Good communications skills and team player attitude
  • Logical, methodical thinking, ability to follow standard processes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with high workload, proactive approach
  • Capability of working on own initiative
