Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Manager for Colombia. The purpose of this position is to deliver on Top and Bottom-line Growth, build strong customer relationship as end-to-end System Solution provider and deliver financial and commercial excellence.

This position may require you to travel up to 70% of your time.

Tetra Pak does not sponsor work visa for this position.

The position is based in Bogota, Colombia.

 

What you will do

As a Sales Manager you will:

Financial Target Delivery: 

  • Understand and drive improvement actions to secure a profitable account and sales area through timely portfolio, commercial actions and necessary competitiveness measures impacting project and account management costs;
  • Deliver targets for 3 Businesses.

Customer relationships:

  • Build solid understanding of customer’s business environment, strategy, financial performance, value chain and operations, including their short & long-term ambitions;
  • Build and cultivate strong alignment across all levels of Customer’s organization;
  • Use Customer Segmentation model to map strategic fit of customer needs to ensure customized approach from Tetra Pak, in both solution design and account management;
  • Build and execute account plans securing objective and time bound actions to generate, nurture and win opportunities;
  • Balance between physical and digital way of working to ensure efficiency;

Accelerate Sales Funnel:

  • Lead Generation / Opportunity Identification both Outside-In (customer discussions, marketing campaigns, tenders etc) and Inside-Out (market growth initiatives- BD plans/ new geographies/ new segments, contract renewals/ capacity expansion/ installed base management etc);
  • Lead qualification and nurturing activities to accelerate time to win;
  • Drive E2E System Solutions (Integrated sales, Cross- Selling opportunities);
  • Create solutions, Quote and Negotiate deals/ contracts with customers using Value selling process.

Planning & Forecasting:

  • Monthly forecasting for PM & CE Pack businesses, to secure base material, production & financial planning.

Commercial Compliance:

  • Understand and comply with Tetra Pak's Commercial practices framework (including Pricing, Contract terms and Authorization matrix), regulatory framework and general code of conduct. Manage proper and timely documentation of Customer Files.

We believe you have

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales / Account Management;
  • Experience in corporate environment;
  • Cross-boundary experience (Customer, Project);
  • Good stakeholder management skills (Negotiation and Customer Relationship skills);
  • Ability to deal with cross functional issues;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Advanced English language skills.
